Is there a subscription, and can I reuse it next year?
There's no subscription and no account; you pay once. The planner is reusable every year.
Where is my gift list stored?
On your own device only; nothing is uploaded, so gift surprises stay private. Clearing your browser data will erase it, so use the built-in "Download backup" button now and then.
Can my partner and I share the same list?
Data doesn't sync between devices automatically. You can move your planner to another device with backup and restore; keeping one main copy works best.
How does the Secret Santa feature work?
