This policy explains how Krishiv Home Appliances LLP ("we") handles information for apps.krishivsystems.com and the Krishiv Apps.

Data you enter in the Apps

Everything you enter in an App is stored only in your browser on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, payment and billing details to complete the purchase, calculate tax and provide receipts, under Paddle's privacy policy. When you download your files, our server checks your order number with Paddle to confirm the purchase. We do not use this for marketing.

Website and logs

This website is served by Cloudflare. Standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can delete all App data at any time from the App's settings or by clearing your browser's site data. To ask about order information, email hello@krishivsystems.com.
