These terms govern your use of the software apps sold on apps.krishivsystems.com (the "Apps"), made and sold by Krishiv Home Appliances LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"), under the brand Krishiv Apps. By buying or using an App you agree to these terms.

1. The Apps

The Apps are offline software tools delivered as downloadable files that run in a web browser: Wedding Planner App, Paycheck Budget App, Holiday Gift & Budget Planner App, Craft Pricing & Market Day App, and bundles of them.

2. Purchases and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the App files.

4. Your data

Information you enter is stored only on your device, in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups (each App has a backup button). We cannot recover data deleted from your device or browser.

5. Not professional advice

The Apps help you organise information. They do not provide financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

6. Updates

We may release updated versions to fix problems or add features. Downloads remain available from your order page.

7. Warranty and liability

The Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
